Initial consultation
It’s all about YOU! In the initial consultation, we take a deep dive into your current health symptoms or condition. This involves detailed case-taking and questioning to get to the root cause of what is preventing you from thriving. Talking through all things health, past and present, we will uncover the interconnection between each body system and its current impact on your health. This includes a dietary assessment to optimise your nutritional intake, as well as an analysis of any of your blood work from the past 6 months to further understand factors influencing your health.
At the end of your first appointment, we will develop realistic treatment goals to create your individualised treatment plan.Utilising herbal, nutritional, dietary and lifestyle recommendations, both short and long-term relief will be provided.
Return:
This is an opportunity to review your progress together and discuss any additional health concerns to ensure you are receiving optimal, effective treatment. This is also a chance to adjust or change your individualised treatment plan if required, or review any pathology results.A return consult will be booked 2-4 weeks following an initial.
Acute:
This is for new or existing clients with acute health complaints to provide symptomatic relief for things such as acute stress, acute sleep problems, hay fever, UTIs and immune support, such as a cold/flu, etc. Acute consults are a quick and simple naturopathic session whereby a herbal and/or nutritional remedy will be prescribed. It does not include a treatment plan due to the short nature of the appointment. An initial consult is highly recommended 2-3 weeks following an acute consultation.
