Ingredients:
1 ½ cup almond milk or milk of choice
4 tbsp chia seeds
½ tsp vanilla essence
1 ½ tsp Mermaid latte from Nutra organics (or plain blue spirulina)
1 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
10 blueberries
For the top:
Coconut yoghurt
Blueberries nad blackberries for decoration
Method:
Combine ingredients and stir thoroughly. Pour in jar and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Top with coconut yoghurt and decorate with berries.
