2025 can be a year of purposeful reflection
As a healthcare business we get to work with a range of people of all ages and stages of their healthcare journey. We appreciate the opportunity to be involved in the local community in this way, getting to know people and figuring out healthcare solutions to the diverse presentations coming through our clinics.
One thing we do know is constant for all humans though, is the practice of reflection in its benefits for guiding direction, purpose and developing meaning in life.
Reflect on these things in 2025:
- What type of person am I and do I like myself?
- Do I enjoy the work I do and the people I work with?
- Am I investing in anything beyond myself?
- Have I pondered life’s big questions lately?
- What would I do differently to make 2025 different from last year?
Bayswater North Clinic Update (BDHH-BN)
The refurbishments are nearly complete. Two toilets are now installed. The reception desk is being installed early Feb. Fresh paint and carpet tiles throughout the main areas – it is looking fantastic. We have 2 new practitioners joining the clinic and our Naturopaths Ash & tim, along with Maddi, EP, will begin consulting this month.
Samantha Barton, remedial massage therapist AND Prosthetics/Orthotist, will be available at Bayswater North on Monday afternoons with further sessions to come.
We are also close to finalising details for a Physiotherapist to commence mid Feb, with a focus on exercise and rehabilitation, aged care, work injuries and hands on treatment.
You will also see some new reception staff joining BDHH-BN, as well as at Lilydale.

Naturopathy & EP Consult hours expanded
Ash will be available at Bayswater North on Tuesday afternoons, with Tim opening up time on Thursday mornings. Ash’s naturopathic focus is helping women from menarche to menopause for hormonal and related health concerns. Tim has worked extensively with children, families and men across the range of health issues that natural medicines can help with.
Maddi, Exercise Physiologist, who has consulted @ BDHH Lilydale for a few years is coming to Bayswater North on Tuesday mornings to work alongside the Osteopaths, Physiotherapists and liaise with local GP’s and NDIS providers.
February/March Promotions
This time of year, we have an allergy focus and the supplements and foods that can help manage these irritating concerns better. Book and appointment with a Naturopath to chat through your options.

Local Community Affiliations
Over the past year we have established some great connections with local community groups, with a number of sporting clubs partnering with us, to provide better health outcomes for their members.
