This is one of our favourite superfood recipes using goji berries and other nutritious foods. Experiment with the ingredients to your taste liking, but consistency is the important factor here:
Ingredients
1/2 cup raw cacao, ground
1/4 cup goji berries, ground
1/4 cup pine nuts
2 Tbs coconut oil
2 Tbs raw honey or agave
2 Tbs Spirulina
1 Tbs Rice Bran (it should be the white and finely ground variety)
1 Tbs Chia Seeds
Pinch of sea or himalayan salt
Inside of one vanilla bean or 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly
Roll roughly 1 Tbs worth of mixture in balls
Freeze for 15-20 minutes and enjoy!
