Strength, Balance & Keeping Moving
Reduced strength and balance don’t just make daily tasks harder, they increase the risk of falls, which can be a serious turning point for older Australians.
Our Exercise Physiologists design personalised exercise programs aimed at improving mobility, building strength, and giving clients the physical confidence to keep doing the things they love. Our Osteopaths can address underlying musculoskeletal pain and stiffness that gets in the way of moving freely, using hands-on treatment suited to older bodies.
We take time to understand each person’s situation, their home environment, their daily routine, their goals, and build treatment around that.
Falls Prevention
Falls are one of the most significant health risks for older adults, and many are preventable.
Our falls prevention programs look at:
- Individual risk factors and physical capacity
- Balance and gait
- Strengthening exercises tailored to the person
- Practical advice for moving safely at home and out in the community
