Last night, a mid twenties female came in with headaches. She had suffered for 12 months and found out that when she stopped sleeping on her tummy, they got better.

I suggested on examination that her spine was being twisted, like a ‘Chinese Burn’, so we treated the spinal joints that were giving her the headaches and she will get a lot better.

We discussed taking Magnesium, using some stretches to ease muscle tension and went over her posture at work and while exercising.

She felt a lot better after the Osteopathic treatment session!
